GIVING BACK
Diamond Vu is committed to community service through its garden to grow fresh produce for residents of Sheboygan County. The new Pork to Pantry program will provide fresh protein, enhance food security, and support sustainable farming practices. By fostering these partnerships, Diamond Vu aims to nourish the community and strengthen the connection between local agriculture and residents' well-being, promoting health and sustainability for all. In 2025, the Harvest Box Program has donated over 3,950 pounds of farm fresh produce to the Sheboygan County Food Pantry, Fresh Meals on Wheels, Inc., and Salvation Army. With the help of our volunteers, we could not have made this a possibility. Contact us how to get involved or donate your time, talent, or other resources.

Pork To Pantry

The Pork to Pantry program is a charitable initiative that allows individuals and organizations to sponsor a pig to support the Sheboygan County Food Pantry, Fresh Meals on Wheels, Inc., and Salvation Army. Here's how it works:
Sponsorship: Donors can contribute to the cost of raising a pig, which covers the expenses of feed and processing. This is a way to provide a nutritious source of protein to families in need.
Farm-Raised Pork: The pigs are raised at Diamond Vu, ensuring high-quality meat that is ethically produced.
Food Pantry Donation: Once the pig is processed, the meat is donated directly to the Sheboygan County Food Pantry. This helps ensure that the pantry has fresh and healthy protein options for individuals and families in the community.
Through this program, donors play an important role in tackling hunger by helping provide a consistent and wholesome food source to those in need

Harvest Box

What the Harvest Box program is
The Harvest Box program turns our garden and dairy work into fresh food for neighbors by donating farm‑fresh produce and milk to local food banks and meal programs. In 2025, we donated to Harvest Box 1,600 pounds of fresh produce and milk to support families in need.
How someone can help
You can help grow the Harvest Box impact by donating toward seeds, supplies, and packaging, volunteering in the garden or at harvest time, or sponsoring a season of Harvest Boxes so even more fresh food reaches local families.

The Community

Since opening in 2019, Diamond Vu Agricultural Education Center has grown into a trusted community hub for hands‑on agricultural learning, food security, and local partnerships. The farm now hosts large‑scale public events like Sundae on the Farm and brat fry/plant sales, reaches thousands of visitors each year, and has been recognized with a Community Education Award from the Sheboygan Falls Chamber‑Main Street.
Through programs like Harvest Box and Pork to Pantry, Diamond Vu has donated over 1,600 pounds of fresh produce and milk and launched a new avenue for providing local protein to families in need. At the same time, the farm has welcomed school field trips, 4‑H meetings, Eagle Scout projects, and youth groups from multiple districts, while improving facilities, remodeling buildings, and adopting conservation practices in partnership with Sheboygan County Land and Water Conservation.
These efforts are strengthened by wide‑ranging partnerships—with food banks, Fresh Meals on Wheels, Salvation Army, United Way, local chambers of commerce, FFA chapters, the fire department, and community organizations—that keep Diamond Vu closely connected to the people it serves across Sheboygan County and beyond.
